By registering for Yangon Heritage Night Run 2026, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Participation & Fitness
I confirm that I am physically fit and medically able to participate in this event. I understand that running is a physically demanding activity and I participate at my own risk.
2. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation involves risks including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, property damage, or unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
3. Medical Responsibility
I am responsible for monitoring my own health conditions. I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions during registration. I understand that medical support provided on-site is emergency support only.
4. Liability Waiver
I hereby release and discharge Elite 11 Company Limited, event partners, sponsors, venue authorities, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
5. Refund Policy
All registrations are non-refundable. Entries are non-transferable after the official transfer deadline (if applicable). In case of force majeure (including weather, government restriction, or public safety concerns), the organizer reserves the right to postpone or modify the event without refund.
6. Event Modification
The organizer reserves the right to change the event format, race routes, schedule, start times, or safety measures if required for operational or safety reasons.
7. Personal Data
I consent to the collection and use of my personal data for event administration, safety coordination, and official communication. My information will not be sold to third parties without consent.
8. Photography & Media
I grant the organizer and its partners the right to use photographs, video, or media recordings of me taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and broadcast purposes without compensation.
9. Age Requirement
Participants under 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent. The organizer reserves the right to request identification.
10. Alcohol Policy (if applicable)
Participants must comply with all local laws and venue regulations regarding alcohol consumption. The event promotes responsible behavior and safe participation.
11. Compliance with Rules
I agree to follow all event rules, instructions from organizers, marshals, and security personnel. Failure to comply may result in disqualification without refund.
12. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be held liable for cancellation, delay, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, government orders, or public health emergencies.
